Three (3) sets of plans for Residential
One (1) separate floor plan with all rooms labeled.
Plan Check fee based on the value of the project (this amount should be ascertained from the Building Department.)
A. Plans to include:
1. Plot plan and show water and sewer lines for Engineering Department.
2. Floor Plan
3. Structural Plan
4. Roof Framing Plan
5. *Mechanical Plan
6. *Plumbing Plan
7. *Electrical Plan
All plans shall contain: Address, Assessor’s Parcel Number, Owner’s Name, and Designer’s Name.
B. Title 24 Energy Calculations. Compliance Forms attached to sheet of the plans, and signed as required.
C. If factory built trusses are used, provide wet signed calcs and truss layout.
D. All required engineering shall bear wet signature and stamp.
E. Soils report, if required.
Please provide all of the applicable items with the original submittal so the Building Department may expedite your plan check and permit issuance.

NOTE: PLANS INVOLVING FOOD HANDLING ESTABLISHMENTS, (I.E., RESTAURANTS, DELI’S, BUTCHER SHOPS, ETC.) MUST BE CLEARED BY THE HEALTH DEPARMENT LOCATED AT 529 I STREET, PRIOR TO PERMIT ISSUANCE.
