The City of Eureka provides water and sewer service for the residents of Eureka.

The Utility Billing Customer Service counter is open to the public during the hours listed below Monday-Friday, except holidays, and is located at:

Customer Service Counter Hours

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday                    10am - 3pm
Wednesday                                                    8:30am - 5pm

Effective April 1, 2009, the Customer Service counter will offer extended hours for those customers not able to make it in to the counter between 10am-3pm. NOTE: During the hours of 4pm-5pm, ONLY utility payments will be accepted.
