Amenities include a two lane launch ramp, fish cleaning station, parking area, public restroom, tenant shower building with coin operated laundry machines, and waste oil disposal facility. Some of our docks do require that you be put on a waiting list, but most of the time we can place your vessel in any available space until your desired location is available.
There are four security cameras positioned in strategic locations that are very helpful in preventing theft or vandalism before it occurs.
There are several vessel owners who live-aboard, as well as a marina employee that are constantly on neighborhood watch.
Although vessel insurance is not mandatory at this time we do think it is very prudent and money well spent. You as the vessel owner are financially responsible for any and all accidents, fires, injuries or oil spills that involve your vessel. Some liability expenses have cost the owners more than what their vessel was worth.
