Halvorsen Park

Halvorsen Park is a beautiful 3.5 acre park located on Eureka’s waterfront. It is an ideal location for outdoor concerts, festivals and community events. The park can accommodate a few hundred people or a few thousand, depending on the layout of each event. Park pictures are located below.

Reservations must be made at least 2 months in advance. Liability insurance is required for all events.
Event holders are responsible for providing portable toilets, security personnel (if needed), garbage bins and all necessary permits and insurance documents for their event.

*Commercial Events: (Effective 7/1/15 - 6/30/16).
*Rental fee: 10% gross revenue
(tickets, merchandise, concessions)
*Security Deposit: 10% projected revenue
*Water access: $55
*Electricity access: $65
*Staff fees:
*Electrician: $45/hour
*Fire Personnel: $98.50/hour/personnel

*Non-commercial Events: (Effective 7/1/15 - 6/30/16)
*Rental fee: $40/first 3 hours
$15 each additional hour
$140 entire day
*Security deposit: $75
*Alcohol deposit: $75
*Water access: $55
*Electricity access: $65
*Staff fees:
*Electrician: $45/hour
*Fire Personnel: $98.50/hour/personnel
