The funds will be used to assist the Humboldt Senior Resource Center in the financing of Phase II of the construction of the New Alzheimer's Center in Eureka. The City of Eureka has previously secured CDBG grant funding in the amount of $833,00 for planning activities and Phase I of construction - nearly $1.4 million. The center will create over 17 full time jobs.
