Equipment Operations


Equipment Operations provides fleet maintenance and repair services for the City’s one hundred fifteen (115) vehicles and two hundred eighty-five (285) pieces of equipment ranging from lawn mowers to heavy construction equipment. The program purchases replacement units and leases them to user departments, works with insurance companies to collect damage repair costs, and develops annual fleet lease rates to cover appropriate operational funding and equipment replacement reserves.
